We will put together a bookkeeping plan that is specific to your real estate business. If you need a clean-up, we will tackle that first to get your financials up-to-date. Once everything is caught up, we will implement an ongoing system where we will track and categorize transactions on a weekly basis so that we can provide you with complete and accurate financial reports that are understandable and easy to read.

Hi, I’m Shane! I’ve always had a passion for working with numbers, budgets, spreadsheets, and doing financial analysis to see where I can improve–and that’s just in my personal life! I’ve spent over 20 years helping manage small businesses and have learned that a huge part of what makes a business successful is knowing and understanding where your money is going so that you can make wise, timely financial decisions and continue growing.
Over the past few years, I’ve developed a keen interest in real estate and decided to start my own company, Landtree Bookkeeping, to help real estate investors better manage their business finances in order to help achieve their goals. I will provide peace of mind with your finances so that you can focus on doing what you love.
I hold current credentials as an Associate Digital Bookkeeper (Digital Bookkeeping Association) and a Certified QuickBooks Level 2 Advanced ProAdvisor (Intuit QuickBooks). I have also gone through Max Emory’s Bookkeeping for REI program, where I have acquired essential REI-specific training to successfully serve real estate investors.
